Shipping costs
ITALY
The amount of the flat-rate shipping costs is € 10 including tax for all orders shipped in mainland Italy.
ITALIAN ISLANDS AND REMOTE ZONES
The amount of the flat-rate shipping costs is 12 € HT for all orders sent to italian islands and remote zones.
EUROPE
The amount of the flat-rate shipping costs is € 20 including tax for all orders shipped to European countries.
Shipping your orders
The shipping costs invoiced at the time of the order include the preparation costs, the packaging costs as well as the shipping costs.
Transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package, but we charge a flat amount. We recommend that you group all of your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are perfectly protected in order to be delivered to you in perfect condition.
If exceptionally, the package was damaged or opened, we ask you to refuse delivery of the package and to inform us of the incident as soon as possible.
Packages are shipped are generally delivered within 1 to 3 days.
Any order placed from Friday 12 noon until Sunday midnight will be shipped the following Monday.
In the event of a public holiday, your orders will be dispatched the next working day.
These deadlines are those generally noted but are not guaranteed and RC Nest cannot in any case be held responsible for any delay.
Return of your products
If a product ordered from us was defective or did not entirely satisfy you, please contact us via our contact form.
All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service, the returned product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
Shipping costs will be at the charge of the customer and we process any return within 48 hours after its arrival.
